Q: The push status in the Control Panel is “done”, however, I didn’t receive it on my device.
A: Please check whether your app has push notifications enabled in the Notification Center of your device. Please make sure the internet connection is also present.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to track the notification once it was sent by Apple, unless the user taps on the message and opens the app. The “done” status indicates that your message has been successfully delivered to the APNS gateway and was accepted for delivery. However, Apple does not return the delivery status for push notifications.
