The General Data Protection Regulation effective since May 25, 2018, is a set of rules aimed to protect personal privacy and govern processing data of EU citizens. In the scope of its regulation included several types of personal data such as name, address, IP address, email, as well as push tokens and device identifiers.

Consent Form

The GDPR binds businesses to process personal data lawfully and transparently. To provide a lawful basis for processing of personal data of EU citizens, use ‘The GDPR Consent’ Rich Media which includes all necessary actions to be performed by a user to give their explicit consent for data processing. Regarding Pushwoosh services, it enables or disables communication channels requiring processing data.

Deletion Form

The GDPR contains provisions on the individual’s right to erase their data upon a request. ‘The GDPR Delete’ Rich Media gives users a possibility to let you know they want you to delete their data. Personal data erasure cannot be undone and means you are not allowed to store or process this data anymore.
