Push only is our new plan for teams whose engagement runs on push. It’s $7 per 1,000 monthly active users. The first 1,000 are free, and there’s no platform fee. You also get the full toolset — segmentation, Customer Journey Builder, A/B testing, analytics — not a cut-down version. The channels are the push family: mobile push, in-app, and web push. You get the full feature set at the push-channel price.

What you pay

$7 per 1,000 MAU. The first 1,000 MAU every month cost nothing. Billing is per account, not per app, so if you run several apps they share one count and one free tier.

No platform fee on top. No paywalled features.

What’s included

All three push channels, with unlimited sends: mobile push, in-app messages, and web push. You’re billed on your audience size, never on how many messages you send them.

The platform features come with it, not as add-ons: segmentation, Customer Journey Builder, A/B testing, analytics, tags and events. This is the whole product, priced on the push channel.

How MAU is counted

On Push only, a monthly active user is a unique person you sent a message to over push, in-app, or web push during the month. It’s counted on delivery, deduplicated by User ID. Reach the same person on both push and web push in one month and that’s one MAU, not two.

Some example months:

Who it’s for

Mobile apps that want push and don’t want to pay for channels they won’t touch. If your engagement runs on push, in-app, and web push, you’re paying for exactly that and getting the full platform behind it.

This lands at a useful time. There have been recent pricing changes across the industry that pushed a lot of teams to re-check what they’re paying per active user, and to look closely at how “active user” even gets defined on their current plan. If that’s you, the definition section above is the part worth comparing, not just the headline price. We wrote up one of those changes in detail here.

If push isn’t the whole picture

Two neighboring plans, same billing model:

  • Omnichannel at $13 per 1,000 MAU, if you send across push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp and want them counted together under one deduplicated user.
  • Email only at $5 per 1,000 unique recipients a month, if email is your main channel.

Both bill per account with the same first-1,000-free structure on the MAU plans.
